Utilizing surplus space in a student-only apartment, we created a place where the residents can spend time apart from their own rooms. The space composed of green and unobtrusive materials can be used as a whole or as individual rooms by closing the doors and screens depending on how they want to use it. It can also function as a café space for them to study on their own as we set up a counter by the window with a nice view.

The table adopts the storage type storage furniture so that it can also be used as a jazz party venue that the owner regularly hosts. I also imagined the use as a place for entering guidance and meetings for students and their parents. It is also possible to have light meals, and it is designed to be an added value to residents with a light use image like a cafe in the city.
